The Spanish Centre is looking for an Administrative and Customer Service Representative

Duties:
* Respond to e-mail and telephone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Process payments

* Sales
* Assist office staff in maintaining files & databases
* Must be self-motivated and able to complete projects with limited supervision
* Maintain student/staff confidentiality

Skill Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in customer service and administration is required, as well as basic knowledge of POS systems
* Strong oral a written skills in English – basic Spanish is an asset
* Strong computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and liaise with project team leads

Shift: Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. as well as some Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
