In this exciting role, you will also: • Promote/support superior customer relations and provide customers with the “Ultimate Click & Collect Experience” • Develop an understanding of best practices related to Click & Collect in store Operations • Train and coach Click & Collect colleagues to execute all processes based on standards and consistent operating procedures. • Be committed to maintaining operational standards • Be accountable for departmental financial objectives • Work with colleagues to improve productivity, engagement and retention • Identify opportunities to reduce customer wait times upon pickup at store • Schedule all Click & Collect colleagues adhering to wage cost controls and customer servicing needs • Interpret and administer Company policy and ensure compliance with the union contract • Ensure the Maintenance of equipment as well as the safety and sanitation of the department • Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team Job Qualifications We are looking for a talented and passionate leader with: • Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty. • Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings, night shifts and weekends. • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure. • The ability to lead, coach and motivate colleagues. • Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results. • A commitment to delivering consistent results, every day. • Previous retail, grocery retail or hospitality management experience is an asset.
