Full Time Customer Service Representative


Our customer care company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can assist clients with product knowledge and help to maintain a high customer retention level. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering all questions, inquiries & requests our customer base and addressing customer product issues and concerns. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies in addition to sharing all information accurately with customers


  • Share all program information with customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers


  • Some Customer Service Experience
