· Handle inbound and outbound calls.

· Use multiple web based applications for investigation and verification.

· Answer existing and potential customer questions.

· Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a professional manner.

· Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company.

· Work as a team to obtain group and individual goals.


· High School Diploma or equivalent, college diploma preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset.

· Exceptional customer service skills; able to build rapport with clients.

· Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

· Minimum of 1 year of office/contact center experience.

· Previous sales/customer service experience is preferred.

· Able to prioritize workload, handle high-volume calls while maintaining a professional and personable approach.

· Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal oriented environment.
