Job Description

This full time position will be responsible for providing and maintaining high level of customer service. The individual must conduct himself/herself with professionalism representing the company with the knowledge and skills to provide customers with solutions to hydraulics, pneumatics and other fluid power product needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing customer service
  • Provide technical assistance to customers
  • Answer customer’s questions regarding products, services and delivery
  • Accurately enter and process orders
  • Work with outside salesperson and order desk team to identify, quote and close customer inquiries
  • Ensure customer service technical requirements for the customer are met
  • Research and source all customer inquiries providing solutions in a timely and organized/systematic manner
  • Maintain appropriate relationships with key suppliers
  • Support day to day transactional activities to produce a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Training provided
