Job Description

Toronto Singles is an exciting, well-established company that focuses on introducing compatible, pre-qualified individuals who are seeking a lasting, loving relationship. Due to sustained success in the Toronto area, we’re looking for a FULL-TIME (40 to 44 hours per week) Customer Service Manager to join our growing client services team at our North York offices.

As the Customer Service Manager for Canada, your focus will be to provide superior service to our clients. Primarily you will do this by managing a MatchMaking team to:

  • warmly welcome new clients to the matchmaking process and answering questions they may have
  • matching clients according to relationship aspirations and compatibility
  • actively obtaining feedback following introductions
  • communicating client feedback in order to fine-tune our service.

We need someone who has the hands-on skills to personally deliver a high level of customer service, and to lead and inspire others to do so!

We need someone who is:

  • able to be a caring, compassionate leader of a customer service team
  • comfortable talking about love and romance
  • a good listener with fantastic phone presence who is able to train others to do the same
  • great at teamwork
  • well-organized and methodical
  • diligent with paperwork and documentation
  • in possession of good, basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email)

The ideal applicant for us has a background that may include courses in Psychology, Counselling, Coaching or Human Resources, with a genuine curiosity about people and interest in helping people find love! A background that includes customer service leadership experience will be expected.
