The Project Manager is the primary point-of-contact for the client in planning and delivering Streampoint’s event registration software, working to ensure a timely and quality implementation that is within budget. This person is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction during the relationship and success relies heavily on the Project Manager’s ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations with all parties involved. They will demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, while working simultaneously with account managers and developers.

Responsibilities

Project Management

· Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure the successful completion of the projects, on time, within budget and in accordance with Streampoint’s accepted business standards

· Ensure that project files and the customer database are maintained in a complete and up-to-date manner, including client and internal post-event reports

· Act as a liaison between customers and the Streampoint software development team

· Analyze client’s business processes and develop functional requirements via Streampoint’s Detailed Requirements Document (DRD)

· Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and suppliers

· Provide high customer service for clients

· Provide on-site client service and support where required

Market Information

· Represent the company in relevant industry associations focused primarily on project management, when requested

· Keep abreast of current project management practices in the industry by attending other events, meetings, and industry related functions and making recommendations based on gained knowledge, as deemed appropriate

· Stay current on relevant U.S. and Canadian market and industry information

Miscellaneous Marketing/Administrative

· Recommend process enhancements to assist in creating higher levels of customer care

· Administer project management documents and reports as well as producing client correspondence such as but not limited to project timelines, compliance documents, monthly expenses

· Follow proper accounting, contracting and accounts receivable procedures whenever required

· Assist in maintaining and driving company culture

· Other duties as required
