The company’s marketing programs have gone through a rigorous two year beta testing process with results that exceed expectations, and are more than double industry norms. Based on the proven efficacy of its innovative digital marketing system, the company has now formed strategic relationships will businesses that are world leaders in their business sector.

Ansible is now seeking a head of business development (also acting as our executive vice president) to manage the company’s finances, build the administrative infrastructure required to scale up to serve the full North American market, and plan long term strategy. The successful candidate will be the company’s 2nd in command and work closely with the company’s president to build and manage the operating systems required to support the company’s growth in the full Canadian and US markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s finances.

  • Build the operating systems required to scale up to serve the full North American market, and manage the customer support team.

  • Work closely with the company’s president and board of directors in building the business

Qualifications:

  • An MBA, or equivalent business experience

  • A self-starter with the desire to join a small team of highly successful entrepreneurs in building a significant business from the ground up.

  • An entrepreneur who is prepared to work on a salary + profit sharing basis in return for an equity interest in the business, and the opportunity assume a senior executive role in a company with plans to be a global leader in the markets it serves.

  • A good team player and team builder

  • Excellent people skills – both through email and on the phone.
