ENTRY LEVEL EXPECTATIONS

  • Full training | we provide comprehensive training and will assign a coach to guide you through a 6-day program that includes boardroom lessons and field work. The candidate selected to join the team will also earn compensation during the training period
  • Great schedule | Monday to Friday, business hours—meaning you have your weekends and evenings free
  • Growth opportunities | we have an internal advancement structure that is targeted towards individuals who are interested in high-level management positions within 1-2 years
  • Our goal is to expand into 4 new markets by the end of 2017, which means our ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, coachable, and interested in growing with us long-term.
