Job DescriptionClient Services Coordinator – Full Time – Toronto Location
We are welcomes applications from experienced client service professionals seeking full time employment in a professional setting.
The purpose of this service is to deliver high quality service to clients. The role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of support services to clients and secure their experience is positive.
This opportunity will include core accountabilities, including, but not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders both internal and external
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the Service Desk mailbox and process emails as needed
  • Keep Service Desk and Reception documentation up to date
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc requests as required

This is a great opportunity to establish yourself in the future. We envisage the successful candidate will have the proven experience of working in a busy customer service environment. The core hours required will be 9-5 with flexibility.
To be successful in this position we envisage that you will have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English language
  • Vibrant, well-presented and confident
  • A strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products
  • Ability to work individually or as a member of a team
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task
