Job DescriptionThe Cultural Ambassador will work within the Talent and Operations team, acting as champion for our core values and ensuring that our company-wide initiatives promote and embody our culture in our fast-growing team. Core Duties and Responsibilities * Foster internal cohesion and create a shared corporate culture * Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize social media platforms, promotional materials, as well as external communications related to recruitment efforts * Work closely with the Talent and Operations team members to design, schedule and execute on all internal and external recruitment-related and team building events (recruitment campaigns, company-wide and team specific team building events, onboarding events, hackathons, networking events, campus-recruitment events etc.) * Manage internal communications for our weekly huddle updates * Identify and implement opportunities to improve our team member experience * Assess current programs and propose innovative ways to improve * Drive internal quarterly theme initiatives including yearly planning, design suggestions and execution support and regular theme-related initiatives to encourage theme and associated goals * Produce and actively monitor metrics to track team member engagement; assess engagement survey results to design and execute on improvement opportunities * Spearhead the development of our internal and external employer brand, placing an emphasis on diversity and inclusion initiatives * Develop strategies for university and experienced hire recruitment campaigns including managing messaging in line with talent brand * Oversee all promotional recruitment related materials and manage budgeting for production and distribution * Research new branding opportunities, events, and initiatives Qualifications * 4-year University Degree from an accredited University; courses related to marketing, communications, public relations or events management is preferred * Ability and desire to be highly engaged in your work, and to expect to be involved outside of the 9-5 * Exceptional organization and planning skills * Able to execute complex initiatives and projects * Strong team-oriented working style, with a high degree of emotional intelligence * Experience creating and/or making significant contributions to the establishment of a brand * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form strong relationships at all organizational levels * High degree of creativity * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure * Demonstrated knowledge of all social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter Assets * Background in event management and event planning * Any video, recording, or photography experience * Graphics design experience would be a plus
