National Sales Manager

As one of the leading importers and wholesale distributor of luxury skincare brands over the past 8 years, Beautymark Solutions Inc. has the brand awareness and reach in the market to support your outstanding sales capabilities and management style.

With many exclusive international brands including BIOEFFECT, INTRACEUTICALS AND COOLA, we specialize in offering products, Education, and Consultation to the Spa, Medispa & Specialty Retailer markets. We are continually growing our portfolio to meet the needs of progressive beauty professionals and the buying trends of the beauty consumer.

In this newly formed role as National Sales Manager you will play an integral part in growing the presence of our brands across Canada. You will have ownership for defining the National Sales Strategy and managing the marketing, sales and training programs.

Your passion for the hunt and the sale will not be extinguished though as you will continue building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, in your own local territory, as well as supporting & guiding our small, boutique sales team in Canada. This is no small feat however your past experience in a similar role will have you well positioned for success as you join the team here at Beautymark, and you will not be alone. Reporting and being guided by the President, you will collaborate to determine the growth strategy for the business and operationalize the maintenance plan.

This is an exciting opportunity to show off your passion for developing sales strategy while continuing to stay directly involved with our retail and spa partners in your own territory. In this role you will play an integral role in the continued growth plan of the company and you will be required to influence our team based โ€“ inclusive work environment to promote sales across the business lines in support of the corporate strategy. The ability to identify and report on business opportunities in target markets, maximize new business development opportunities and represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events rounds out your strategic focus.

What must you demonstrate to be considered?

  • 5 plus years of relevant experience implementing sales strategy for B2B
  • Bilingual in French a definite asset
  • Competitive Product or technological knowledge of the Aesthetics Industry
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills to be able to continue maintaining and growing a territory
  • Good business sense
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent IT, budget and report writing skills
  • A valid driverโ€™s license, vehicle, passport and credit card
