As the new UX IA Designer, you will be defining, designing and delivering the user experience for hundreds of thousands of customers accessing our perks programs. Who you are You are a UX Designer who has worked on numerous products end-to-end as part of a cross-functional team. You thrive in a fast-reacting and responsive environment where new opportunities arise quickly. You understand, from a first-person perspective, how a consumer accesses, navigates and experiences the interface you are working on. You have experience conducting stakeholder meetings to gather insights that inform enhancements and updates to platforms. You want to work for an industry leader that continuously delights the end user while staying ahead of the competition. What our UX IA Designer will do on a daily basis * Design. You will build out the end-to-end user experience from concept to design to implementation across multiple platforms. * Create. You will design and deliver high quality, functioning prototypes and walk people through the mock ups, applying feedback and making changes. You will create the final product specifications, including user interfaces and graphical asset requirements, to allow the design and development teams to move your ideas into production. * Investigate. You will conduct or attend stakeholder interviews to gain deep insights into the motivation and true need for stated requirements. * Analyze. You will gather and collate data from multiple sources, using it to build out a design that satisfies the business requirements. You will work with the database team to ensure necessary data can be directed to the front end of the product. * Synthesize. You will work with Product and Business owners to develop highly informed user flows and UX patterns by analysing and examining business requirements and historic end-user data. * Brand enforcement. You will work with the creative team to continuously update the style guide and ensure brand attributes are represented consistently across multiple platforms. * Collaborate. You will, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand customer expectations. You will ensure the design and flow of the user experience meets specifications. * Be curious. You will introduce best practices, experiment with new technologies and styles and research emerging trends in the market. You will apply your findings to improve our products and services for our customers. So, how do we know that’s you? You have: * The ideal combination of education and experience. You have a post-secondary degree and several years experience applying an array of UX/UI skills to application and software design. From creating wireframes and prototypes to visual designs based on customer requirements, you have experience designing an environment based on synthesized data analytics. * The creative mindset balanced with a business way of thinking. You are open-minded, creative and flexible. You can translate business needs into tangible steps in the user flow. * The passion. You care deeply about the end-result and the end-user. You are motivated by creating an engaging experience. * The technical expertise. You have a strong understanding of UI and software design skills. You are comfortable using one or more of Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure, Adobe Experience Designer. * The collaborative communication skills. You can explain design and layout choices and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences at any level. You are a team player who fits in as part of a cohesive cross-functional team.
