WHO YOU ARE

  • You possess a quiet confidence, excellent communication skills, sharp intellect and effortless style;
  • You believe that casual and cool can still be warm and professional;
  • Youre currently in a relationship with this cityyoure part of the fabric of Toronto, nothing opens, closes or happens in this city without you knowing about it;
  • You have a diploma in Hospitality Management or related field, a minimum of two years experience as Concierge at a luxury hotel property;
  • You are a resourceful hotelier and subject matter expert in property management programs
  • Youre a rain-maker and scene-creatoryou have a knack for setting the stage for magic!
  • You are a go-getter who is instinctively on the lookout for fresh and creative ways for our guests to be treated well;
  • You will work closely with all departments; if anything goes wrong for our guests, youll be right there to make it right, make it better and make it magical;
  • You also love to traveland when you do, you take mental notes of EVERYTHING;
  • You may even be a polyglot and know additional languagesa definite asset!
  • You are able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

THE ROLE

  • Greets guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner;
  • Familiar with all Hotel facilities, room types, food and beverage outlets, recreational activities, and emergency procedures;
  • Promotes Hotel food and beverage outlets and recreational and seasonal activities;
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests;
  • Adhere completely to all Bisha Service Standards;
  • Places dining, leisure and recreational activity reservations for guests;
  • Issues, provides access, and close out guest safe deposit boxes;
  • Assists Sales/Conference management with preliminary arrangements for groups, including transportation, Kids club reservations, and golf tournaments;
  • Contacts VIP guests in advance of their arrival to the hotel to determine any special services required and acts to deliver;
  • Coordinates with all departments to ensure an impeccabble VIP arrivals and overall guest experience;
  • Ensures all VIP guests receive a warm welcome, an efficient check-in process, and a seamless check-out experience;
  • You will lead by example by interacting frequently with guests to provide assistance and ensuring an exceptionally luxury stay experience;
  • You will always be on the look-out for creative ways to improve our guest experience;
  • If anything goes wrong for our guests, youll be right there to make it right, make it better and make it magical.
