Job Description

Interact with our clients over outbound calls. Provide them with information that could help them save tons of money in their home and find them the best suitable financial option. If you excel in working well individually and with a team this is the career for you!

Monday- Friday 12pm-8pm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling Homeowners
  • Educate users on energy-use habits
  • Confirm bookings and appointments with clients
  • Informing them of suitable rebates and programs available for specific qualifications

Requirements:

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Great energy and attitude
  • An eagerness to learn
  • Up to a year experience in a call centre/office environment
