The sales and business development team is looking for exceptional and unique Sales Operations Specialists, with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives concurrently. We value the entrepreneurial spirit and we reward hard work, creativity, and success.

The Sales Operation Specialist will be responsible for developing sales of Cybersecurity products and services for IntelliGO Networks. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Business Development, the Sales Operation Specialist will be responsible for the achievement of a set of targets through the development and implementation of sales and field marketing activities that drive demand for IntelliGO Networks’ products and services in North America. The Sales Operation Specialist will receive assigned targets in the form of objectives and will establish plans to meet those objectives. He/She will need to deliver business and technical sales strategies and tactics to support sales and business development.

This position is located in Toronto, Canada.

The ideal candidate (and we will settle for no less) will have experience in multiple areas of technology companies, with a preference to experience with cyber-security vendors. They must be able to quickly adapt to a changing environment and interact with a broad, global, customer base, and be able to work in a group setting as well as independent, in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Sales and Sales support of IntelliGO Networks’ products and services in an assigned territory. Develops mutually profitable customer relationships with key accounts which require exceptional sales consulting and communication skills.

Assists clients in developing the appropriate strategies and infrastructure to support IntelliGO Networks products and address needs within specific accounts. Provides sales and product support as needed by effectively leveraging IntelliGO Networks sales and technical resources.

Development & maintenance of relationships with key technology vendors and consultants. Helps to coordinate the effort to effectively supply IntelliGO Networks products through a variety of delivery mechanisms to targeted customers.

Support marketing to develop marketing programs for the North American market e.g. direct mail campaigns, PR, sales tools and promotions.

Work with the entire sales team to achieve sales & business development objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven track record in Cybersecurity sales support.
Knowledge required of cybersecurity markets, IntelliGO Networks products & services and other competitive offerings.
Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and implement field sales/market development plans for new or underdeveloped brands/products.

Typical Day In the Life of Sales Operations Specialist:

· Prospect for new sales opportunities in US and Canada

· Work with Sales and Marketing to create and run demand generation events

· Work with marketing to drive attendance to marketing events

· Assist with quotes and proposals

· Assist with product renewals

· Meet with sales management for sales forecasting and pipeline reviews

· Administrate Salesforce.com

· Use marketing tools to create and run campaigns

· Use social media platforms to drive attendance and awareness

Description of Yourself. We are looking for:

· Bachelor’s Degree, preference in business

· 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity vendors

o Bonus: Experience and familiarity with Palo Alto Networks and/or IBM Security

· Experience Renewal Sales

o Bonus: Experience and familiarity with partner driven renewals in US/Canada

· Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas

· Marketing experience with traditional and social media

· Ability to work autonomously

· Experience with Salesforce.com and ability to customize, as required

· Superior management, interpersonal skills

· Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
