National Bank’s Multi-Residential Financing team in Moncton is looking for a Manager
– Multi-Residential Financing.

The sector’s mission is to manage and develop the portfolio of mortgage loans on multi-unit rental buildings with a focus on retention, profitability, quality and growth.

The incumbent will have to travel approximately 30% of the time to meet with clients.

Nature of the contribution Reporting to the Associate Vice-President, you’ll develop and implement action plans and business development approaches based on sales strategies established in your sector.

You’ll also contribute to business development and improve customer loyalty by offering effective sales and after-sales services to clients.

In addition, you’ll be expected to increase your sector’s profitability by developing existing and potential clients.

Main responsibilities As Manager
– Multi-Residential Financing, you’ll establish and maintain effective communication with clients and the various parties involved in the sector’s activities.

You’ll identify emerging business opportunities in the market and make recommendations for taking action.

You’ll also have to participate in various activities to promote our products and services to various stakeholders.

You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of mortgage loans on buildings with 5 or more units.

You’ll also be expected to ensure compliance with established policies, standards and procedures.

The candidate needs to be able to identify all risks inherent to the Personal and Commercial Banking sector’s activities.

Completed Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years’ relevant experience or completed Master’s degree in a related field and three years’ relevant experience Knowledge of multi-unit mortgage loans and how to manage them Knowledge in commercial financing, an asset Business development experience Experience in customer service and managing business relationships Strong negotiation skills Organizational skills and high level of discipline Ability to work independently Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French) Interested in taking up this challenge?
