Job Description

Kanata Solutions implements sustainable and transparent funding initiatives on behalf of our global partners.

We are rapidly expanding throughout the GTA and seeking young, energetic professionals to join our Client Services team. The successful candidate will maintain professionalism at all times, value integrity, accountability and exhibit a results/driven mindset. Outstanding interpersonal skills are necessary in order to provide our clients with optimal service.

Job Title: Client Service Representative
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Location: Toronto, ON (close proximity to subway)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a first point of contact while providing excellent service to customers on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with peers and management across all departments
  • Develop customer service solutions and ensure high quality of customer support
  • Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure ongoing client/customer relationships
  • Perform basic office duties including data entry
  • Attend daily board meetings and collaborate with peers
  • Attend client functions and events
  • Report to Client Services Manager
  • Provide exemplary in-person customer service and effective communication
  • Create, develop and implement creative customer service tactics

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience an asset
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Experience with latest technology
