Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Cross Country Installation & Service provides the management and coordination of a national team of field service technicians ready to train, deploy and deliver on installation, assembly, maintenance and audit programs.

Our services are primarily delivered to food service, chemical, sanitation and paper companies.

Operations Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to coordinate the delivery of services between the various involved parties.

Duties and responsibilities

I. Customer Service:

· Communicate with customers, end-users and technicians

· Respond to inquiries about ongoing projects

II. Coordinate Elements of a Work Order:

· Scheduling work with technicians and end-users according to work order parameters

· Obtain agreement with technicians on their cost according to work order parameters

· Plan and arrange for accommodations when needed by technicians for the delivery of service

· Apply the communications protocol for clients, technicians and end-users before, during and upon completion of work orders

· Maintain accurate record of details within the database to facilitate the billing process

III. Manage the Roster of Technicians

· With the assistance of the National Technical Director, ensure the accuracy of our roster of available technicians

· Ensure regular updates of availabilities, listed skills

IV. Special Projects

· As required and discussed with your manager
