About You:

You are a talented professional looking for a career, not a job. Reporting to the Director, Payment Solutions, you will be responsible for responding to inbound and outbound calls.

We are a seeking a proven, driven team player who is looking to join a fast pace, high growth, energetic and a forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

· Respond to inbound and outbound calls.

· Use multiple web based applications for investigation and verification.

· Answer existing and potential customer questions.

· Cure & rehabilitate customer accounts in arrears.

· Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a professional manner.

· Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company.

· Complete follow-up calls on non-responsive accounts.

· Work as a team to obtain group and individual goals.

Requirements

· Strong work ethic with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

· Professional and courteous phone manner.

· Ability to prioritize workload and handle volume calls while maintaining a professional and personable approach.

· Detail-oriented.

· Excellent communication skills –

– Spanish skills are an advantage.

· Previous call center / collections experience is not required but considered an asset.
