Senior Director, HR Digital Transformation

Job Description As part of the Global HR Digital team, you will drive a customer-centric transformation in line with our goal to empower and delight our employees through meaningful experiences.

You will champion our HR digital transformation and thrive in a data-driven environment with the ability to collaborate within agile teams to drive the right results for the business globally.

About the role In this opportunity as Senior Director, HR Digital Transformation, you will: Develop and maintain a cohesive HR Digital strategy focused on modernizing our employee experience leveraging leading-edge tools such as RPA, cognitive chatbot, machine learning and automation.

Design the roadmap that integrates digital solutions and effective people analytics and work closely with our HR Digital Leadership team to achieve our customer obsessed ambition Partner across global and regional teams to identify, ideate and co-design solutions that align with our employee experience strategy Own the story telling and sharing of best practices and innovative solutions to deliver simple, integrated and automated processes Implement an accelerated roadmap to deliver direct access point solutions across HR digital tools Partner key stakeholders to develop a short and long term HR Digital strategy and roadmap aligned with the overall business and HR strategy.

Champion the employee’s voice by ensuring all processes are reviewed with a strong attention to prototype and gather feedback.

Implement HR Digital forward-thinking practices including an HR Digital lab that puts the employee at the centre or our design.

Partner with our centres of excellence and HR business partners to launch signature employee connection programs, focused on our talent.

Understand global legislative requirements and identify process opportunities to simplify core HR processes that will drive an impact while remaining compliance with SOX regulations Regularly review front line metrics to assess opportunities to enhance or automate manual or repetitive tasks Contribute to design solutions and provide expertise in employee-centric programs that foster collaboration, curiosity and productivity About you You’re a fit for the role of Senior Director, HR Digital Transformation if you: Have previous experience working on large HR digital initiatives that have been implemented successfully across business units that cover an end to end view on HR functionality and the employee life cycle supporting multiple lines of business Have a strong understanding of enterprise-wide HRIS solutions and related tools Have experience leading, motivating and coaching high-performing teams Have experience with successful program delivery, accountability for quality and detail and commercial orientation Have experience working in multiple teams and managing key stakeholders within HR, IT and Operations Have knowledge in agile methodology Have advanced knowledge of Workday, LMS and Recruitment systems and tools Have a strong knowledge of leading-edge technologies Experience with RPA, AI, machine learning Have experience in system governance protocol and procedures to manage CR and governance processes leveraging tools like Jira, Service Now and Workday Have strong experience interpreting metrics leveraging scorecard, dashboard to drive insight and action Have the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities Have a Bachelor’s degree in related technology program (preferred) SKILLS Superior collaboration and communication skills; ability to build relationships and to consult at all levels within an organization.

Excellent project management skills; adept in creating and executing project plans and managing successful project execution across business groups, geographies and disciplines.

People management skills; team building and leadership skills to achieve high performance from team.

Ability to lead effectively in a virtual team setting.

Strong technical skills in business process, security and domain functional configuration Excellent HR business knowledge and demonstrated ability to deliver results exceeding expectations with clients and key stakeholders.

Customer and business acumen; demonstrated stakeholder management skills.

Ability to mentor direct and indirect reports in the above areas.

Excellent communication, client management and business literacy skills Strong facilitation, interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong networking and building external relationships with vendors and other industry peers Strong ethics, commitment to inclusion and integrity.
