Social Worker, Counsellor, Psychologist (EAP Program) Winnipeg, MB Permanent Part-Time (3 days/week) You are a Counsellor seeking permanent employment but you don’t want to give up on flexibility?

LifeWorks has a part-time position for you The opportunity: Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing in-person counselling services for LifeWorks’ Employee Assistance Program (EAP), in a LifeWorks office in Saskatoon.

What you will do: Provide short-term counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client’s EAP; Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by LifeWorks’ clinical models.

Who we are looking for: Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Indigenous Social Work; In good standing with professional College or mental health Association; Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach; Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases; Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients.
