Account Manager The Account Manager is a motivated self-starter with a desire to exceed client expectations through best in class service while maintaining a strong focus on Marrin’s revenue targets.

This individual has the ability to manage internal and external team towards a common objective and deliver client results. They are energetic and dynamic with strong relationship building and multitasking skills. The account manager is flexible and adaptable with exceptional communication skills and a rigid focus on growing existing accounts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage successful day to day client relations Provide detailed and accurate estimates to client within 48 hours of requests Maintain a C margin as defined as 40% margin, strive to increase overall margin by 2% YOY Increase sales by 10% for each of your top 5 accounts Generate new revenue opportunities, through new and existing accounts Make proactive sales calls on a daily basis to uncover new and maintain existing client relationships to drive sales opportunities Source efficiently and provide clients appropriate merchandise Manage internal teams towards the client’s objectives – timeline, budget, quality Negotiate vendor pricing and terms to Marrin’s benefit Maintain clean efficient records for reporting, provide tracking to Account Director on weekly basis Aid in Special projects such as RFP preparation as requested Other duties as necessary to achieve the business objectives of Marrin. Qualifications Ability to work in a challenging and collaborative environment Possess a natural ability to read/understand others and flex style to help them reach their goal(s) Excellent oral and written communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office Exceptional interpersonal and performance (soft) skills Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail Admirable relationship-building skills Well-organized, self-starter with high energy and creativity Creative marketing and problem-solving skills Proven client relations/ building experience College or University degree in related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management or sales Proven track records in sales capacity Expectations Provide weekly tracking on targets, due to Account Director Minimum of 10 new reach outs per week. Meet with client’s face to face at least once a week Send targeted email blast to each client bi-weekly Set up one new client meeting per month Strive for 40% margin on all orders Maintain minimum sales volumes of $650,000 at a 30% margin Show a YOY increase of 10% on top 3 client (either through margin or sales volumes) Generate $75,000 in new business each fiscal
