JOB DESCRIPTION Job Profile: Analyst, Digital Procurement Reports to: Sr.

Manager, Digital Procurement Last Revised: March 8, 2021 Role Mandate: Responsible for administration and analysis of procurement technology systems for Fieldglass and Ariba (Cloud based systems).

Monitors and maintains the system interfaces with existing Loblaw systems to ensure all integration is working as expected with the Cloud based systems.

Responsible for monitoring technical failures and managing Loblaw teams (production support) to ensure resolution with minimal business impact.

Escalate and work with Systems Manager to follow up with Loblaw IT teams where required for testing, ESB for interfaces, COE, support teams.

Ensure suppliers instance of the systems is functioning and meeting up times as defined in the master agreements with the service providers.

Drives process and technology adoption and compliance within the business and user groups.

Full understanding of all relevant division policies and functions and can lead developments in cross functional policies and procedures across the organization.

Accountabilities: Administration, configuration and testing of Cloud systems and integration during technical releases to ensure sound integration is maintained.

Responsible for owning and escalating root cause analysis when an issue arises.

Supports phased system implementation across categories and business units to enable change management End user support and root cause analysis when technology defects are identified Interact with suppliers on purchasing order receipts, ad-hoc requests/questions, resolution of invoicing and receiving discrepancies Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly onsite/offsite vendor and internal business unit meetings Responsible for troubleshooting all vendor problems, including troubleshooting of the procurement technology systems when required.

Maintain Company Confidential Information Ability to deep dive into data cleansing and sync issues Complete excel-based data analysis in support of issue resolution, contract term sheet updates, and invoice file creation Skills and Capabilities Excellent analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills and ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Ability to multi-task and respond to key stakeholders in a timely manner Strong organizational skills Creative, quality and results-driven Comfortable with a broad range of procurement tools and technologies (Ariba, Fieldglass and SAP experience is an asset) Strong understanding of purchasing process, operations and strategic sourcing process Technical Skills Strong experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience of SAP Ariba including P2P, Sourcing, SIPM, Contracts, Spend Visibility and Fieldglass System management experience Knowledge of cloud based procurement systems Configuration and management of cloud based systems Troubleshooting and root cause analysis Experience with reporting and management of large data sets Communication Skills Strong written/verbal communication skills Role Requirements: A minimum of BComm in business or a quantitative field is an asset 1-3 years relevant experience Previous experience with procurement technologies Previous experience with SAP and Ariba /Fieldglass an asset How You’ll Succeed: At Loblaw, we seek great people to continually strengthen our culture.
