POSITION SUMMARY: Driven Supply Chain Analyst that will manage various Supply Chain related projects from start to finish.

Identify opportunities for automation, build end user computing solutions.

Act as the inventory process and system SME, translating business requirements into IT enhancements; collaborating with IT and the business for successful implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage multiple Supply Chain related projects, taking full accountability for all phases of the project lifecycle Extract data from different systems, run analysis and provide business intelligence based on data findings Identify opportunities for automation of business processes and build end user computing solutions Identify continuous improvement opportunities both within the Supply Chain team as well as cross-functional business partners Act as the bridge between IT and Supply Chain by effectively translating and communicating business needs through development of detailed business requirements documents, and communicating IT solutions/limitations back to Supply Chain Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain processes and systems Understand the systems solution architecture and recommend system improvements to support business needs Develop and track KPIs while working with impacted teams to positively influence and achieve targeted metrics Develop and maintain documentation on Supply Chain processes and training materials Lead, develop and manage test plans and strategies for unit, functional, integration, interface and user acceptance testing.

Track enhancements and bugs, liaise with IT until resolution is reached Provide training and support to cross-functional team and external partners on Supply Chain processes and best practices SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCES: Post-secondary education in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain, or business analysis capacity Experienced with Microsoft suite, including: Excel, Access, SQL, VBA and SharePoint Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge and experience with business analysis concepts, including: Business plan, Process Flow-charts, Business/System Requirements, Test Plan and deployment plan Ability to work with data within structured and unstructured databases, reporting tools, Excel files, flat files as well as experience with analyzing data sets or data results Excellent problem-solving and root cause identification skill, coupled with a strong business orientation and general pragmatism Forward thinking and able to foresee consequences of actions, recognizing risks and opportunities.

Self-driven, effectively deliver results with minimal supervision Demonstrable ability to work on cross-functional and collaborative teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Sense of urgency and ability to drive issues to closure despite competing priorities from various stakeholders Active in presenting recommendations in a persuasive, professional and impactful way Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills Please note that this position requires a Criminal Background Check and employment references.
