Director of Strategic Partnerships

Uberflip

This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted February 11, 2018.

Who We’re Looking for in a Nutshell:

  • Managing and scaling our Partnerships team (that works with both technology partners and services partners) inline with our aggressive revenue targets.
  • Managing the team responsible for driving revenue and customer success through our strategic technology partners (this role will will require someone comfortable being both a player and a coach).
  • Managing the team responsible for driving revenue and customer success through our strategic services partners and agencies.
  • Representing Uberflip at events geared towards evangelizing Uberflip in our partner ecosystem (at user conferences, The Content Experience, Dreamforce, Marketo Summit, etc).
  • Working with Uberflip’s Account Executives and Business Development Reps to facilitate and encourage active business relationships with their peers in our channel community.
  • Coordinating with Uberflip’s Customer Success team and our channel partners to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Coordinating with Uberflip’s Development and Engineering teams to ensure partnerships are an emphasis of future product development opportunities.
  • Creating persuasive sales presentations, leveraging strong knowledge of Uberflip’s customer success stories, platform, and external market trends.
  • Providing accurate pipeline forecasting from both technology and services partners.
  • Helping hit our quarterly MRR targets with leads generated from our channel partners.

  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals by driving partner programs
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient in co-marketing techniques, business development, and product acumen
  • Strong understanding of, and experience operating in, SaaS business model is an asset
  • 5+ years experience in a partnerships focused SaaS sales role (Director level or above)
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing technology ecosystem (particularly Marketo) is a strong asset
  • Be willing to travel 30% of the time.
