▶ About This Opportunity Responsibilities Provide expert insight into people and organizational issues.

Translate business strategies and priorities into appropriate strategies.

Understand the dynamics of the business, drive human resources practices and processes that will create an effective organization.

Coach leaders to translate business strategies into organizational effectiveness through assessment, diagnosis, implementation plan and execution.

Coach leaders on critical competencies and capabilities.

Drive and facilitate year-round talent planning.

Build organizational effectiveness and change leadership capability.

Coach leaders on change to involve the right critical stakeholders at the right times, ensuring a best possible employee experience that results in engagement and commitment.

Coach and mentor leaders during the business change process.

Partner with senior leaders to identify succession strategies.

Drive and continually improve HR operating mechanisms in partnership with other HR functional areas.

Qualifications Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree PHR/SPHR or Master’s Preferred.

Experience: 7 Years, Experience in an HR Business Partner role.

Experience in like industry and/or complex matrix-ed organization highly desirable.

Field experience in retail and/or franchisee environment is essential.

Effective interpersonal skills both in one-on-one situations with all levels, and in facilitating group meetings.

Competent in all HR functional areas (staffing, compensation, learning & development, etc.).

Thorough knowledge of applicable employment laws.

Excellent judgment applied to balancing trade-off decision.

Proven Application of Business Acumen.

Ability and comfort in handling multiple tasks, changing priorities and focuses.

Knowledge and experience with team dynamics and applying Organizational Effectiveness principles.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to be available to address issues.

Expertise in change leadership and management.

Initiative, creativity and innovation that drives breakthrough thinking on organizational and people issues.

Strong project management and framing skills.
