We offer an unparalleled array of turnkey services such as product development, R+D, QA/QC services, client services and manufacturing solutions for big name beauty brands within the cosmetic industry. Cosmetica has a simple strategy: the best innovation, the best execution and service, the best speed-to-market, and the best people. Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Master Data Analyst to join our growing team. Could that be you? As our new Master Data Analyst, you’ll ensure data integrity while maintaining the processes to support data quality. You’ll specialize in supporting company Master Data Management objectives with a focus on fact, flexible and accurate data.  You will be responsible for providing insight into customer behaviour, identifying new opportunities to drive profit and growth, and providing analysis to create business strategies.   Practically speaking, some of your responsibilities will include: * Work with key business stakeholders to construct data quality KPI’s* Serve as a subject mater expert and centralize resources to train stakeholders in master data creating/maintenance and the use of supporting tools* Identify areas for data quality improvements, help to resolve data quality problems, and explain the limitations of current workflows* Create, review and analyze reports.  Provide support to define and implement data strategy, policies, controls and programs to ensure the data is accurate, complete and reliable* Work closely with the business and IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the of the system meet all requirements* Ensure consistency of product names, prices, product descriptions by auditing data through Visual ERP system and create reports detailing discrepancies* Maintain clear communication and positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders   You’ll thrive here if you are agile, business savvy and are excited for the opportunity to make your mark on the company.  You’ll be a great fit here if you’re the sort of person who is skilled at problem solving and detail oriented.  Your entrepreneurial mindset and drive will enable you to create a positive impact on the business. Working Here Cosmetica is growing rapidly, and that means opportunities to learn while advancing your career. We are committed to developing great leaders and we provide progressive and ongoing leadership training. Qualifications * Post-Secondary degree/diploma in statistics, mathematics or in related field* 3 years of experience with data analysis in Supply Chain/Logistics within a manufacturing environment* Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel including macros, creating reports, analyzing data.* VBA programming is an asset* APICS certification is an asset How to Apply Our online application will give you the option to apply to this role as a complete person – not just a resume.
