– Supply Chain Management Job Stream: Non-Clinical Union: SH Exempt-OT Anticipated Start Date: ASAP FTE: 1.00 Anticipated Shift: Days Daily Hours Worked: 7.75 Annual Base Hours: 2015 Salary: Salary commensurate with education and qualifications.

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba.

The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview Supports day-to-day Supply Chain operations, providing direct customer support related to supplies, services or equipment procurement initiation, contract support and general queries; including but not limited to coordinating requests for purchase of specialized equipment, device trial or alternates; product discontinuations, contract implementations/conversions and complaint management.

Develops and maintains professional working relationships; utilizes networking and teambuilding skills to accomplish goals and meet customer and team needs.

Experience Minimum three years of experience with progressive responsibilities, preferably in a healthcare supply chain management environment.

Minimum two years of experience related to Customer and/or Supplier Management Support.

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with ERP Systems an asset, specifically supply chain functions.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.

Related purchasing, contracting or finance courses a definite asset.

Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Qualifications and Skills Strong data mining and problem solving skills and abilities.

Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate supply chain activities in a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and offer strong customer service.

Ability to take initiative, work independently or in a team environment, and manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated strength in oral and written communication skills.
