Who We’re Looking for in a Nutshell:

  • You’re a natural at bringing together the threads of a story and weaving coherent narratives across multiple platforms to raise awareness of Uberflip.
  • You seek to create relevance by creating a coherent cross-platform story in which people will want to engage.
  • You provide expertise on optimization and effective distribution of content across all channels
  • You’re hungry to lead the strategy, planning, execution and ongoing optimization for Uberflip’s social media channels.
  • You’re looking forward to help build our approach to storytelling, in light of an understanding of who we are speaking with and why.
  • You’re excited to work with other members of the marketing team to develop and maintain an Uberflippian tone and visual approach to suit each and every social property — and a plan for keeping the quality bar high.
  • You’re willing to be the person that connects people in departments across the company, helping them maintain a publishing and reposting cadence that works for them — and for others.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Uberflip’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (ie Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, et al.).
  • Work alongside other marketers in demand generation, event marketing and content marketing to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports our marketing goals.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
  • Contribute to the Uberflip culture and capture our voice, letting it shine through across all of our channels.
  • Report on your progress weekly / monthly.

Experience & Skills

  • You have at least 2 yr+ experience in the content / online marketing space.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the B2B/Technology space.
  • You’ve scaled online communities with gusto and major creativity.
  • You have exceptional writing chops and great communication skills.
  • You pay attention to detail — the misuse of “your” and “you’re” makes you cringe.
  • You know the importance of a powerful social media message and will take the time to craft something exceptional.
  • You know how to navigate the digital marketing space and have used various measurement tools and platforms.
