We offer an unparalleled array of turnkey services such as product development, R+D, QA/QC services, client services and manufacturing solutions for big name beauty brands within the cosmetic industry.Cosmetica has a simple strategy: the best innovation, the best execution and service, the best speed-to-market, and the best people.Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Supply Planner to join our growing team.Could this be you?As our new Supply Planner, you’ll process client orders through the Cosmetica facility in line with the client expectations and needs.You’ll need to be a specialist in supply planning, scheduling, material requirement planning (MRP) and rough cut capacity planning (RCCP). You’ll be the sort of person who is detailed-oriented and able to multi-task. Because all our products are made to order, no two orders will be exactly the same, and you’ll rely on your eye for detail to understand the differences.Practically speaking, some of your responsibilities will include:* Supply planning processes including scheduling, inventory, management and rough cut capacity planning (RCCP) to ensure capacity plans are on target* Operating within a mid-term weekly forecast focusing on released and firm work orders within the horizon and short to mid-term spans from week to week in rolling horizon time frame* Monitoring, controlling and maintaining MRP configurations and key performance indicators* Working with cross functional teams to understand replenishment timelines* Making decisions based on data and being accountable for those decisions* Coordinating, assessing and communicating orders between multi-functional teams and clientsYou’ll thrive here if you are dedicated to excellence, have a high business acumen and are excited for the opportunity to make your mark on the company.  You’ll be a great fit if you’re willing to be part of the transformation to a more structured and system-oriented environment.  Helping us shape the new systems while continuing to run with the old systems.Working HereCosmetica is growing rapidly, and that means opportunities to learn while advancing your career.
