Vice President of Sales


This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted February 11, 2018.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales strategy and action plan to achieve Uberflip’s goals and multi-revenue targets
  • Implement infrastructure, process and systems to improves Sales operations to grow and support a rapidly growing Sales function
  • Manage, develop and lead a Sales team (BDR, AE, AM) in successfully hitting monthly targets and team goals
  • Properly manage pipeline while retaining key accounts and growing the company’s customer base
  • Understand Uberflip’s market and industry to identify key accounts and opportunities in driving revenue and increasing sales efficiency
  • Assist in the growth of the team by hiring, developing, training employees to top capacity
  • Work collaboratively with leadership team to achieve
  • Monitor and provide necessary Sales forecasting, reporting and metrics to leadership team
  • Create and foster a culture that motivates team to over-exceed targets and provides on-going mentoring and support

Experience & Skills

  • 7-10yrs+ Experience in Software Sales or SaaS (Director or Vice President level)
  • Experience selling Mid-market to enterprise software within B2B environment
  • Leadership ability managing and leading a team of 20+ or experience building a team from the bottom up.
  • Strong leadership presence in motivating, inspiring and driving the team to success
  • Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding Sales quotas and targets (individual and team)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication
  • Martech experience preferred
