Vice President, Product Management (Full Time Permanent)

As the Vice President, Product Management you will play a key role in growing AudienceView’s revenue by delivering innovative product solutions that meet and exceed the needs of our customer and set us apart from our competitors.

You will develop and execute AudienceView’s product strategy through leveraging feedback from customers, prospects, as well as our internal sales, marketing, professional services and development teams.

You must be a strong leader with the ability to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with a cross section of teams including engineering, architecture, sales and professional services to define product release requirements and the overall roadmap. You will work with product marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as an internal and external evangelist for our product offerings.

Hourly Rate: $61.55

  • Provide strategic leadership to a global team of Product Managers who own and define product portfolios
  • Identify customer needs and convert business opportunities into product solutions
  • Leverage project management experience and lead cross functional teams to build solutions
  • Guide the introduction of product releases that support the Company’s market strategy
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of the AudienceView application
  • Build business cases and product documents to drive initiatives forward with clarity and consensus
  • Work closely with our software engineering team to define and manage feature and project deliverables
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for customer targeting, pricing, positioning, and launch strategies
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our competition and maintain current on the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the AudienceView application both internally and externally
  • Work directly with Engineering to develop and maintain product solutions and align closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Operations to deliver a quality product within the market
  • Work with engineering to help drive the development of high quality product features and ensure product goals are met including scope, timing and quality
  • Work with existing customers and prospects to identify new product solutions
  • Provide leadership in user interface design and overall usability implementation
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing group to develop market solutions
  • Develop and maintain user and buyer persona documentation
  • Contribute to the product road map
  • Provide internal training on new product features
  • Provide competitive training to the sales team


  • Extensive global expertise in product development best practices, user interface design, and market driven product strategy to build products from existing plans, and help to develop new opportunities
  • At Least 5+ years experience in the ticketing industry developing road maps for live entertainment e-commerce solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years experience leading technical teams in an Agile environment
  • Able to practically demonstrate having brought new products to market within the ticketing industry
  • Experience in network technologies and hosting solutions a must
  • Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
  • Experience as a thought leader in ticketing solutions is a must
  • Direct experience or exposure to the AudienceView host of solutions
  • Must enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer challenges, and find innovative solutions for the broader market
  • Must display clear examples of thought leadership, both internally and industry wide
  • Experience managing and growing a global team of Product Managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident public speaker
  • Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced rapid development environment
  • Ability to translate market requirements into deliverable product features and UI designs
  • Understand and heavily participate in Social Media; including Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Four Square
  • Experience working with web-based CRM and e-commerce applications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Senior Leadership experience
  • Effective communication skills in English both written and Verbal
