Job Description

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is a unique bubble tea shop predominantly found in malls which create a variety of specialty drinks including fresh fruit slush, fresh tea, sherbert, signature milk bubble tea, fresh fruit smoothie, and freshly squeezed juice.

Real Fruit originated in Toronto and has over ten years of experience and over forty locations in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Toronto, Scarborough, Markham and North York.

We are looking for outstanding professionals with undesrtanding of the importance of high standard customer service.

We are growing at a rapid pace, and the Regional Manager (Different locations in the GTA) will ensure their allocated stores are meeting targets and personnel is well trained, motivated and reliable.

Duties and Responsibilties

  • Lead, plan and manage the daily operation of Real Fruit Bubble Tea stores.
  • Provide support, and motivate employees to provide the best customer service and follow all Real Fruit Bubble Tea policies and guidelines, i.e. punctuality, customer service, schedules.
  • Identify productivity and customer service issues, solve problems, present solutions to the Executive team, and lead employees to needed changes.
  • Evaluate customer experiences, recognize areas for improvement, communicate with customers to identify their concerns. Observe trends and report to the executive team.
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit to follow our growing business and understand the values and dedication needed to help our development
  • Ensure stores are run smoothly on a daily basis, run inventory, order supplies, open and close stores on time, make sure stores look professional and clean.
  • Evaluate team member performance and skills, identify, promote and train top performers and ensure you retain your top performers

Qualifications

  • Willing to learn, motivated and reliable.
  • Experience in Hospitality (Restaurants, Hotels) is an asset, but we welcome new graduates, and individiuals with experience in different backgrounds.
  • Great communication skills, and ability to interact with the public and staff in a professional manner
  • Be available to work a combination of shifts, including morning, evenings and weekends
