About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our FindLaw business who can help us shape the future.

We want a data-driven leader with passion to innovate, who likes working backwards from the customer, and tackling complex ambiguous problems.

As a Sr.

Product Manager, you will develop a comprehensive product strategy, roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for FindLaw’s digital experience and channel.

You will leverage the knowledge of your product, the market, great CX, as well as customer feedback and analytics to prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.

Once the experience is launched, you will be responsible for operating the FindLaw digital experience and driving customer and business outcomes.

You will be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and the product team is getting the direction and support it needs to be successful.

You will develop and actively maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance.

Develop overall roadmap for FindLaw digital go-to-market, to enable full scope of prioritized FindLaw products including current capabilities and FLAN Understand existing and planned digital go-to-market capabilities and how they will enable the FindLaw business; use this to develop a vision and strategy for FindLaw digital go-to-market Work closely with digital marketing, sales, segment leaders, and digital capabilities lead to ensure business and customer objectives are met through capabilities, strategy, and roadmap Leverage analytics and user experience research to define the end-to-end journey for the FindLaw customer Ensure stories clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder needs to meet key business objectives and strategies for the digital experience Work in an Agile scrum team, ensuring the teams are aligned around similar goals and objectives Work closely with other product Digital Go-to-Market capability leads including Find & Learn, Trials, Purchase, and Renewals to define FindLaw specific requirements, and to roll out end-to-end digital experience Understand FindLaw specific needs and challenges including practice area/geographic pricing model for directory products, the role of different FindLaw assets within the broader lega product ecosystem Post-launch, serve as the lead for ongoing operations and optimization of FindLaw digital experience including owning and driving customer and business outcomes and OKRs (revenue, NPS etc.) Lead a cross-functional agile squad to continuously refine the journey, drive test/learn, deeply understand the FindLaw customer and their needs, and ensure outcomes Manage senior executive stakeholders throughout strategy, build, and operate phases of the digital transformation Serve as subject matter expert for the FindLaw business within the digital and shared capabilities organization Qualifications 7 year’s experience working as a product owner or product manager of a B2B or B2C digital platform Established background in an Agile environment of 2 or more years with a proven understanding of the development life cycle, including but not limited to requirements definition, user experience, development practices, testing, and deployment Proven ability to take initiative within a matrix organization to build strong, productive relationships based on excellent communication and A interpersonal skills History of partnering with architecture and leads in writing clear technical stories Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while evolving digital strategy based on both quantitative and qualitative analysis Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology Demonstrates understanding of operating under a product model including product strategy and roadmap development Able to apply knowledge of how a product is designed, built, deployed, and maintained in an enterprise environment Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams Experience working in an agile environment (e.g.

user stories, iterative development, etc.) Track record of project execution; completing and shipping excellent products on time and on budget Ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and new features with a strong affinity towards the developer community.

Understands at a high level the landscape of tools and technologies that developers use to bring products to market Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate a strategy at every level of the organization.

Ability to prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision.

Ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and new features.

Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles with large teams to achieve a common goal Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams Proven ability to influence cross-functional team(s) without formal authority.
