Help Desk Manager Responsibilities: Provide direction to Technical Call Centre
– Customer Service ensuring effective technical and customer support is delivered to end users either via phone and Microsoft Teams Provide guidance on troubleshooting for all types of technical inquiries, service requests, and issues involving smartphones/tablets Lead the team, encouraging innovation through ideas for process improvement and efficiency Develop, implement, and/or participate in knowledge base articles and/or documentation for Service Desk use Document all problems and solutions in a Microsoft Teams environment Qualifications Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on leadership Ability to clearly communicate objectives with support staff, time tracking and reporting 2 years of leadership experience supporting technical support activities Related experience in a call center/ service desk environment.
